Carl is a Holtab service manager
Being the hub for when customers need installations and service – that's Carl Ragnarsson’s role as a Holtab service manager.
“We are expanding our operations to help customers with everything from electrical and mechanical solutions to turnkey contracts,” he says.
He is a veteran in working with electrical maintenance, including at the nuclear power plant in Oskarshamn. Now, he is the new service manager at Holtab.
"There is a lot of pressure on our industry, with a lot happening in renewable energy. A lot of our customers enjoy the fact that we come along with our products and take care of the whole picture, including commissioning," says Ragnarsson, 37 years old.

New direction
He had already been working in the energy industry for fifteen years when he joined Holtab. It was a new industry, a new company and, in part, a new role.
"It was a fun challenge to lead a team and take financial responsibility. In my experience, you only benefit from challenging yourself and taking off in new directions," he says.
In his opinion, Holtab and the electricity industry are characterised by quick decision making and great personal responsibility.
"It’s stimulating."
Provides service
His main task at Holtab is to lead projects and manage internal and external resources. Providing customers with high-quality services is important for building trust.
“When we provide good service, customers come back,” he says.
