At Holtab we offer consultative technical sales. In the sales department there are various roles such as sales engineers, tender engineers and in-house sales representatives. Their task is to create solutions adapted to the customer’s needs, both customised and standard solutions. Our sales engineers are located all over Sweden, as well as in Denmark and Finland.
In the marketing department, we are responsible for both internal and external communication, such as positioning and various marketing material. Our experts within strategy, business development and communication work together to put Holtab at the forefront of the market.
After our sales engineers have completed the deal with the customer, the project department takes over. Here, project managers and project administrators work as the link between the customer and the various departments at Holtab to ensure that the product is ready.
The department often handles more advanced product deliveries and complex projects with the aim of delivering products on time, with high quality and profitability.
Our electrical and mechanical designers use advanced computer programs, in order to produce product solutions that are then manufactured in our factory. Their drawings include both standard solutions and customer adaptations, as well as the new development of products offered by Holtab. Article processors also work in the field of design and are responsible for the maintenance of articles in the business system needed to manufacture our products.
Our designers often work as technical support for other parts of the company, helping meet future needs for power transmission solutions.

Our buyers ensure that we always have the components we need through our reliable supplier network. They focus on making high-quality and sustainable purchases, both for our production and for Holtab’s daily operations, such as protective equipment and office supplies.
The transport managers ensure that our products reach their destinations safely and on time. They are assisted by freight recipients, material handlers, logistics support and forklift and crane operators. In addition, our facility caretakers ensure that machinery and our work environment function optimally.
Our production environment guarantees high-quality products. Our electricians, panel builders, and fitters facilitate the mechanical installations, low and high voltage installations and final inspections. We also have fitters and machine operators who process and pre-assemble material such as sheet metal, copper and cables.
We also have our own paint shop in the factory. Our production planners and production technicians work strategically to create optimal conditions to meet the customer’s needs. Continuous improvements are the foundation of our business development strategy.

At Holtab we work according to a standardised method in matters relating to quality, the environment and safety, both strategically and operationally. Our quality and environmental management system is ISO-certified. As quality and environmental issues are regulated by laws and regulations, our work must be structured.
Our quality coordinator focuses on improving our processes based on nonconformities. One of the most important tasks is to lead and develop Holtab’s work with quality and the environment in order to promote sustainable operations.
Our service technicians take care of the work in service and installation. They go out in the field and make sure that our products work as they should. Their work involves both short and long trips, and they handle everything from small to large tasks, such as the commissioning of entire stations.
Together with sales representatives and project managers, the service technicians represent Holtab in the customers' own environment. In addition, there are service and project managers who develop solutions for customers and ensure that the department delivers according to expectations.
In finance, we handle everything from payroll administration and invoicing to accounting and financial statements. The employees in the finance department are involved in, for example, budgeting and annual accounts and act as an important support for other departments within Holtab.
The operation of Holtab’s IT systems is managed by an external company, which frees up our IT technicians to focus on development projects and adaptations of existing systems and platforms. In both finance and IT, we strive to find digital and smart solutions for managing our work tasks effectively.
