Satu is the customer’s contact at Holtab
In her role as Contract Fulfilment Manager, newly recruited Satu Lohilahti Jönsson will be making sure that agreements with customers are monitored and that there is a relationship characterised by clear communication.
“We want to give our customers a little extra love,” she says.
Holtab has grown in recent years, and two new factories have been opened, in Lidhult and Olofström, to meet the high level of demand. At the same time, Holtab is committed to providing customers with even better service and clearer communication.
“Especially for customers who order a lot of non walk-in substations, and over a long period of time, there’s a need for someone to coordinate the projects. It’s important for them that there’s a physical person to speak to. We’re keen to ensure that all customer agreements are fulfilled and that deliveries are made on time,” says Satu.
At the heart of everything
In her role as Contract Fulfilment Manager, Satu works closely with the order office, which plans all production, and also with production, transport planning and the sales force.
“I’m at the heart of everything associated with an order. We have three different factories where we manufacture non walk-in substations, and I maintain an overview. If anything changes in the project or schedule, it’s communicated clearly and in good time,” she says.
Satu is originally a political scientist, specialising in international administration. She has previously worked with service and customer relations in different industries. Before Holtab, she was a customer service manager at a company working with indoor climate solutions.
“Customers appreciate a good dialogue. They want clear communication and they want it early on in the process.”
She describes herself as solution-oriented and driven.
“I enjoy keeping a lot of balls in the air at the same time,” she says.
